General Manager - Marketing - Retail (8-15 yrs)

Strengthen the brand equity by means of building a differentiated brand over time and facilitating brand communication to consumers using various online and offline media. Continue to improve the value proposition and introduce new products aligned to the business strategy.

PR Management:Manage all PR and Event Management efforts of the company and ensure dissemination to all relevant news to media agencies and subsequent tracking of coverages for effective ROI. Ensure stakeholder placement. Liase with media persons directly for story placement and coverages. Ensure stakeholder placement opportunities in media and offline channels. Digital Marketing: Manage all digital touch-points including website, e-commerce and social media to effectively increase brand reach and conversations around the brand socially.Focus on e-commerce sales, reach and engagement matrix on social media.

CRM Management: Manage Company CRM and associated modules at retail stores. Map trends and consumer behavior and devise strategies to improve ROI on key performance metrics. Ensure effective launch of Loyalty Program with focus on incremental sale (50% growth) and increase in repeat customers visits (Above 50%)

Marketing: Define and manage annual marketing budgets and calendar involving product launches, in-store events, brand associations, ATL campaign management, media buying and consumer engagement initiatives aimed at driving traffic to stores for strong same-store sales growth and ensure cost effectiveness.

OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing,

Leadership and brand vision. Familiarity with the Fashion Business.

Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.

Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.

Demonstrated successful experience managing and negotiating with media.
