GM MARKETING (RETAIL) : Mumbai
- Drive marketing strategy, maximize revenue & manage events
- Implement advertising, digital, branding & PR strategy to increase consumption
- Create unique event properties like Art, music, international, HNI programs & ensure effective implementation
- Conceptualize strategy for various digital platforms including website, Social Media, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Prepare Digital Online/On ground events; Develop market positioning, branding to increase footfalls
- Formulate yearly marketing calendar, benchmarking with competition, adopt industry best practices and innovative processes from overall customer experience perspective
- Formulate annual marketing budget including Advertising, PR, CSR initiatives, brand launches etc.
- Drive customer & retailer satisfaction surveys and ensure corrective action to enhance customer experience
- Ensure VM, Decor, overall aesthetics of the mall is appealing to the customers.
- Finalize the concept of the event, brand guidelines, target group details, cost estimate, layout of the advertising campaign etc.
- Maintain the favorable image of the brand & ensure adequate media coverage
- Work closely with Creative, Advertising, Public Relations, Market Research agencies; print & electronic media; Local municipal authorities, government & regulatory bodies

- MBA, 12-15 years' experience, 35-40 years of age, lady/gentleman, Rs. 26-28 lakhs per annum
