- Drive marketing strategy & maximize revenue through client sponsored events, internal events, selling of signages etc
- Review & implement advertising, branding & public relations strategy to increase consumption & enhance trading density; Formulate & implement marketing calendar, branding & promotions.
- Develop annual advertising & PR plan & appoint their agencies, ensure cost effective media buying & ensure coverage for events, CSR initiatives, major launches of brands etc.
- Periodic benchmarking with competition to adopt industry best practices & innovative processes from overall customer experience perspective.
- Formulate annual marketing budget on detailed revenue & expense projections.
- Drive customer satisfaction surveys, convey to teams & take corrective action to enhance customer & retailer experience.
- Ensure VM, D- cor, overall aesthetics of the mall is appealing to the customers.
- Formulate annual events calendar, create unique properties, tie-up for events like Art program, large scale music events, top artist international performance etc.
- Ensure all permissions regulatory bodies for events, signages, hoarding and all other marketing interventions are in place, in coordination with the Liaison team.
- Maintain favorable image of brand by ensuring adequate media coverage at regular intervals; conceptualize framework for various digital platforms & digital communication.
- Responsible for Website Maintenance, Social Media Management, Online/ground events, Emailers, Digital Newsletter etc.
- Work closely with Creative, Advertising, Public Relations, Market Research & other agencies, print & electronic media.
