Urgent Requirement in Leading Pharma Company as General Manager - Marketing for Nutrition Division

Qualification : Bs.c/Bpharm

Team Size : 5

Portfolio / Business Size : Rs 300 cr pa

Therapy Exposure : Paediatric nutrition(Mandatory)

Age Limit : around 40-50 years (Even younger candidates with promise will do)

Reporting to : President & COO

CTC : Upto 50 LPA

Job Location : Mumbai

Current Designation should be either Marketing Manager or General Manager with infant nutrition experience

Job Description :

1.To ensure sales target for each product in the portfolio is achieved

2. To design innovation strategies for the division as well as products.

3. to Improve profitability of the division.

4. To suggest & launch new products & ensure their success.

5. To build a strong team of brand managers to ensure team success.

6. To prepare annual budgets & ensure their implementation & monitoring.
