Experience- 10 to 18 years

Qualification- MBA/PGDM

Job Responsibility :

This role will contribute to driving and shaping the short and long term brand and innovation strategy. This will include developing and implementing positioning strategy, communications strategy and innovation - filling the innovation pipeline by driving ideation, conceptualization and activation in market of approved innovation.

- He/She will handle overall Hair care category.

- Make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.

- Build and develop a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.

- Manage day to day activity with PR, press and marketing communications agencies

- Focus on the Branding principles and tactics through multimedia and advertising.

- Pan and administer the company's Marketing budget and keep cost in control.

- Customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
