Role: General Manager, Marketing
Preferred age-band: 28-33 (Experience- 6-8 yrs) !
Educational background: Not core criteria - proven track record of persistence and passion critical.

2. Strong design sense
3. Strong digital brand marketing experience
4. Strong ability to within and across teams
5. High ability to motivate and enthuse people (within and outside teams)
6. Genuine passion for contributing towards brand building
7. Strong Digital Marketing background
8. Growth Marketing exposure
9. Brand Management
10. B2B & B2C amalgamated experience, largely B2C
Work experience - Critical :
1. Extended experience in working on consumer brands
2. Omni-channel brand experience - offline+online - a huge differentiator
3. Experience in working on both global brands as well as start-up/Indian brands
4. Client-side experience over-weighing agency side experience
Challenge :
1. Target segment: White Collars
2. To build an omnichannel brand - high-quality dispensers + stores with online-delivery + packaged products
3. From 100 Cr of Revenue to 1500 Crore of revenue in 5 years
5. From multiple stores & dispensers., grow exponentially
