General Manager - Marketing - FMCG/Consumer Durable

Client is a Tier 1 MNC into Consumer facing industry. This is a head office role, position is responsible for PAN India bases Marketing activities - heavy on for all ATL & Campaign management etc.

Position reports into CMO. This is a People handling role.

We are looking to hire a FEMALE leader here. So we are seeking ONLY & ONLY FEMALE Marketing professionals.

Education - Only Tier 1 MBA College.

Industry - Candidates from FMCG, Consumer, Pharma, Paint, Telecom and other Consumer facing industries.

A Brief on Job Profile:-

- Experience with creating 360-degree marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan for the entire financial year.

- Custodian of all ATL & Campaign management.

- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis.

- Strategy report on performance of all brand campaigns against goals and budgets.

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

- Ensuring ROI from marketing campaigns and preparing short term and long term goals basis campaign success or performance.

- Handling multiple agencies.

- Media - Media Buying, Media Planning.

- Dealing with Media & Creative agencies for various campaigns & content management etc.

- Advertising agency - To lead creative development of all communication collateral.

- Market research analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.

- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

- Responsible for developing pricing strategies, identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions with our advertising managers, PR agencies, media houses, social media and related domains

- Campaign Insight.

- Execute the Marketing Plans (different marketing properties).
