1. Manage all aspects of the marketing function for all the brands being marketed in India . Provide critical strategic inputs and participate in implementing the annual business plans of the company. 2. Manage a team of executives to provide support to the sales team across verticals and geographies. Be responsible for their mentoring and productivity. 3. Supervise and manage the end to end brand communication responsibility by engaging and managing the services of an advertising agency, digital agency, media planning agencies and allied agencies that may be needed to be engaged from time to time. 4. Spear head the activation planning and execution of last mile communication at the retail level and plan and execute effective promotions and other initiatives at retail level . 5. To manage the advertising budget and be responsible to get the best ROI by strategic efficiencies in planning and buying services and media required. 6. Manage the PR needs of the corporate entity including the top management . 7. Manage the research needs and analysis and provide strategic inputs for growing the brand. 8. Manage production and logistics of all POS and promotion material needed at the retail level. 9. Be responsible for the overall business growth of the company from a marketing perspective. 10. Network with other stakeholders and departments to engage with them and align with them effectively to ensure fulfilling the marketing mandates efficiently.
