Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy for cement brands, including budgeting, forecasting, and market penetration planning.
- Conceptualize and execute innovative brand-building and promotional strategies tailored to commodity and consumer goods markets.
- Lead the planning and rollout of ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) campaigns, ensuring brand visibility, awareness, and positioning.
- Create dynamic dealer segmentation models and incentive programs to enhance partner engagement and push brand growth.
- Drive brand recall by launching customer-centric programs and value-added schemes aimed at end users.
- Build and lead a comprehensive digital marketing roadmap, including integration with e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the sales function to drive revenue, leveraging market trends and data-driven strategies.
- Launch multi-channel marketing initiatives to maximize reach, boost awareness, and achieve sales objectives.
- Spearhead market intelligence efforts-competition mapping, trend analysis, partner/channel development.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and improve customer experience touchpoints across the board.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights into packaging and technical innovations.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance against KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals across diverse geographies.
What We're Looking For:
Education:
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, preferably from IIMs or other premier institutes.
- 18-20 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior marketing leadership roles in commodity or consumer goods industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in brand management, marketing communications, and go-to-market execution.
- Deep understanding of markets in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, and Odisha.
