General Manager - Marketing - CPG - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI/SPJIMR/ISB

GM - Marketing is required for a leading CPG Company based at Gurgaon

The incumbent will be responsible for Category P&L Management including :

- Strategy & Planning for Categories.

- ATL (TV,Print, Radio, Digital)

- Brand Communication / Marketing Communication

- Celebrity Management

- Media Planning & Management

- Media Buying

- Consumer Insight and Market Intelligence

- The incumbent should be a full time MBA passed out in 2003 / 2004 / 2005 from premier institute (like IIM's, FMS Delhi, MDI, XLRI, SPJIMR, ISB Hyderabad, SIBM etc ) with 12 to 16 years of post MBA experience in Marketing out of which incumbent should have at least 10 to 12 years of experience in Brand Management / Category Management in an FMCG / CPG / Paints Company.
