- Leading new business
- Formulating long-term / short-term marketing strategies and improving sales
- Identifying new business opportunities in terms of new and diversified product lines and so on
- Knowledge of RFQs finalisations
- Planning and execution of Above the Line (ATL) & Below the Line (BTL) activities for ensuring optimum product penetration and reach
- Formulation, Communication and Implementation of Dealer/ Customer Incentive Schemes.
- Handling agency briefing, on ground pre/ post launch activities for new products across the Zone.
- Managing the entire course of Exhibitions including concept design, procurement of materials, set design, scheduling, on-site event management, Awareness Program etc.
- Handling outdoor planning, events, campaigns in different markets, brand support activities, print, publicity and merchandise material.
- Development of Marketing strategy and formulation of Marketing Roadmap for the products area wise, product wise and category wise from conceptualization to implementation.
- Development of the marketing collateral like 2D creatives, gifs, videos, brochures etc.
- Formulation of Marketing Calendar for New/ existing Products including target setting, promotions etc.
- Understanding the best practices of the dealers and implement them across regions for better ROI.
- Management of various Dealer Meets, Conferences, Seminars and Incentive Trips for dealerships as well as for company employee respectively time to time on achievement of target sales volumes.
- Tracking of Competition Activities/ Events and revision of the marketing plan.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Keep a regular track of the Campaigns expenditure Plan Vs Actuals along with the effectiveness.
- Conceptualization, Planning, Budgeting and Execution of product marketing campaigns end to end for engaging customers thereby ensuring targeted enquiry generation, sales volumes and better conversion ratio like 'Innovation' for launching Specialty Products etc.
- Website development in-line with the new products and updated information related to various aspects of production, product development and services.
- Go-to-Market Strategy which includes identifying new marketing avenues and develop ad layouts, promotional collaterals (such as banners, leaflets, posters, danglers etc.)
- Working closely with all media and other promotional mediums for developing comprehensive sales promotional models to suit market needs.
- Negotiation with all vendors and agencies to get maximum cost efficiency without compromising on quality on execution of sales promotion activities.
