The role of General Manager - Marketing is a dynamic yet challenging assignment with total responsibility on the entire gamut of Marketing of different categories and sub brands within the organization to grow individually in terms of Brand Loyalty and increased sales revenue.

- Marketing being a thought process based on certain research and firm assumptions, can really produce results only when the Marketing strategy, platform, schemes and consumer awareness is created in right dose. Hence this role requires a very high caliber marketing brain to analyze and implement marketing process that can bring solid results.

- Those who have raised from a basic sales career with systematic progression in Marketing domain and have handled Pan India geography across channels and adept in dealing with various media and agencies with high level of marketing competence with proven track record of Brand Success would fit in to this role.

- To Oversee the Entire gamut of Brand Management of the assigned categories of food products targeting children and health conscious.

- Will be responsible for the Brand loyalty and Brand Matrix to ensure the Brand recall is on the top of the mind of the consumer.

- Prospect and evolve best Branding activities to help generate secondary volumes in sales and excellent product mix among the category.

- Ensures that the brand's equity is nurtured& nourished in keeping with strategic objectives.

- Assists in developing and executing the marketing & branding strategy to improve market share and reach.

- Define the brand & its proposition & activation, its advertising concept, pricing, packaging, and promotion.

- Co-ordinate with sales department to implement & monitor marketing initiatives for the brand.

- Ensures effective media evaluation & planning attain maximum ROI by coordinating with key media providers for the Brand.

- Planning and ensuring the implementation of the strategies to achieve the brand objectives.

- Plans and ensures required marketing support for brand in terms of advertising, promotion, schemes etc in co-ordination with sales team.

- Monitoring and analyzing the Retail Audit for planning.

- Ensures that the top-line & bottom-line objectives of the brand are strictly met.

- Develops various schemes incentive / discount to increase the contribution of the brand.

- Negotiation with vendors for printing of POS materials and for the BTL activities.

- This role is a highly dynamic and demanding to ensure that Marketing spent is prudently deployed for effective realization of Brand Loyalty, Consumer Awareness resulting is higher generation of sales volumes.

- Those who have worked in a highly competitive marketing environment where there is fierce Brand makeovers with proven track record of high end success in retaining Brand positioning is desired.

- Preference for those from FMCG, Apparels or Food Product companies with Pan India visibility. Also prefer those who have handled above Hundred Crore marketing budget annually with good connect with Media and Agencies.
