Challenges: - Ensuring adherence to the promotional budgets to maintain overall profitability of the division DETAILS OF THE JOB: Designation &amp; Job : GM - Marketing ( API ) Level : 13 Business Unit: API Function: Marketing Country: India Work Location: Noida Reporting Manager: SVP &amp; SBU Head - API S&amp;M Manager's Manager: CEO Team Size : 2 Direct Reportees : 2 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Designing Marketing Strategies - Designing growth-oriented, innovative marketing strategies for the division and the products - Handling Product Management Team - Developing competitive strategies &amp; promotional inputs for the launch of the division and various brands in different geographies - Analyzing sales data/market data periodically and recommend strategies Timely promotional support : - Ensure that the support is available to the sales &amp; BD team - Assessing and finalizing new products/marketing&nbsp;initiatives - Ensuring adherence to the promotional budgets to maintain overall profitability of the division - Identify and create new products pipeline for the division - Identify and finalize the sources for the new products - Regular monitoring of promotional costs and controlling deviations &nbsp; KEY INTERFACES : - External Interfaces / Internal Interfaces - Vendors, Clients, Third Party Manufacturers Sales Team, SCM, Finance EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE : - MBA (Marketing) - Full Time from reputed B School. - Experience: 15 - 18 years - Desirable experience: - Minimum 3-years as Marketing Head ( API ) SKILLS REQUIRED: - Thorough knowledge of API across the world. - Team Management, Strategic orientation, Communication skills ( written &amp; verbal) Interpersonal Relationship management - Leadership &amp; Negotiation skills Working Knowledge - General Awareness: Knows the fundamental or general understanding of concepts. - Working Knowledge: Has a broad/working knowledge of the subject. Candidate should use these a concept in day to day practices. - Functional Expert: Candidate is a certified functional expert with strong knowledge on concepts. - Mastery: Candidate is subject matter expert and has command over the subject/ concepts.
