Job Location: Goa

Candidates Preferred from following industry: Advertising, FMCG, Telecom, Tyres, Paints, Food and Edibles

- Stable profile; Should not have history of frequent job changes., Willing to relocate with family as required by the company.


Reports To: President- Sales & Marketing

- Responsible For; Heading Marketing function including Product planning, draw marketing strategies, develop innovative & programs to capture and grow market share ensuring profitability.

- Leading Marketing Team and Business Communications both internal & external.

- Conduct regular reviews of marketing activities & measure results.

- Drive marketing activities (BTL & ATL) across the region Conceptualize and implement sales promotional activities as a part of market and brand building effort

- Conducting periodical review meeting for assessing the promotional events progress

- Demonstrate leadership quality amongst the marketing team with clear vision in line with Companies Objectives.

- Strategies for new product launch. Focus on driving sale and profit of IFB points (Companies brand stores).

- Day to day dealing with advertising agency and relevant agencies like digitals specialist

- Negotiating with media agencies, vendor and Public Relations with publishing houses.

- Monthly Analytics on market updates such as market share, consumer insights, effectiveness of digital marketing and consumer satisfaction index.

- New creative ideas to increase Brand visibility .

- Conducting periodical review meeting for assessing the promotional events progress
