General Manager - Mall Operations (12-15 yrs)
- Overall operations & maintenance of mall; provide customers with comfortable environment & quality services; retailers with adequate facilities leading to customer satisfaction & enhanced consumption
- Develop & deploy mall management strategy, policies & processes related to parking, house-keeping, horticulture, fire, life & safety, pest control, fa- ade etc
- Prepare & adhere to budget including operations, security & engineering expenses
- Resolve retailer issues, administer leasing, display, logistics, garbage, timing policies
- Supervise opening & closing of mall, housekeeping, parking, horticulture
- Monitor food court operations, food & service quality, hygiene, general sanitation etc
- Define criteria & empanel House-keeping, Parking, Horticulture & other agencies
- Define Service Standards for Engineering, housekeeping, security agency etc
- Ensure revenue maximization through efficient utilization of parking space
- Drive maintenance strategy along with Chief Engineer across all equipment, cover preventive & break-down maintenance
- Liaise with local municipal authorities, government & regulatory bodies; ensure all permissions & licenses are in place
- Great personality, spark in him, lot of drive & initiative
- MBA, 12-15 years experience, 38-40 years of age
