- Handling the entire mortgages portfolio for PAN India.

- Drafting of various finance documents like loan agreements, supplemental agreements, hypothecation agreements, memorandum of entries/ mortgage deeds, various no objection certificates to governmental authorities and other bankers.

- Handled group level corporate transaction of take over until closure and handling corporate mergers of group entities with the holding company.

- Handling dissolution of a company incorporated in the state of New York and handled the closure of tax case filed before Internal Revenue Service, United States of America Tax Court.

- Drafting and negotiating the closure of agreements like Master Service Agreements, Non- Disclosure Agreements, Escrow Agreement, Leave and License Agreement, Lease Agreement, Sub- Lease Agreement for various departments like the Human Resource, Administration and Facility, Information Technology, Finance team, Taxation team, Functional Operations and Customer Services team.

- Drafted replies for the queries and disputes over applicability of regulatory guidelines and drafted replies to notices received from borrowers, lenders/ bankers for closure on the payments remitted, termination notice for Master Service Agreements.

- Drafted in legal aspects of resolutions for subsidiary company to be presented before the Board for approval and drafted the amendments in articles of association of subsidiary company post their corporate transaction.

- Provided various legal opinions for reduction of cost, promotion of business by usage of latest application, for applicability of guidelines indicated by Reserve Bank of India/ Ministry of Finance during regular course of business and pandemic crisis; and applicability of Judgments as precedent in the certain cases.
