Job role :-

- Should have an overall experience of about 12+ years and worked extensively across fields of drafting, litigation, corporate affairs & due diligence

- Overseeing the functioning of the entire legal department.

- Represent the company at arbitration and litigation hearings, and any other regulatory hearings.

- Provide legal support to the Company's business functions.
