Support Leasing team on legal & regulatory matters, drive compliance within legal framework; draft all contracts & agreements and ensure safe custody of legal documents

Support Leasing team during negotiations with various brands, tenants, retailers and in dispute resolution

Ensure registration of final agreement document with all supporting documents; Ensure safe custody of all original copies of contracts & agreements signed by the respective authority

Support litigation & prepare legal notices in case of any material breach of non-negotiable terms & conditions; provide assistance in such cases

Understanding of Rent Act, Registration Act, Stamp Act and regulations related to leasing; familiar with leasing administration procedures

Strong leader, technically strong, collaborative

LLB, 9-12 years experience, 30-35 years of age, lady/male
