General Manager - Legal - LLB - FMCG (15-20 yrs)
- Recruiting for Large Indian F&B company, brands have won hearts of consumers everywhere, present in every Indian home.
- Litigation, to give business the edge by pre-empting its needs [foolproof agreements etc]
- Responsible for litigation, legal notices, keep records of all licenses & compliances and all litigation matters
- Support filing of cases & defend cases filed against Company - criminal & Civil
- Handle of S/138 cases, consumer case notices, recovery, defamation, attend court & liaison with advocates
- Familiar with FSSAI, Drug adulteration laws, terms of sales deeds etc
- Well networked with court & government authorities; manage all external legal interface; handle senior counsel
- General non litigation & contracts proficiency
- Should have hands-on experience in domestic business & not only advisory role
- Experience in IPR and trademarks preferred
- Handle situations in a not very structured set-up; capable of setting up systems & taking it forward
- From F&B or FMCG handling manufacturing compliances
- Polished personality, the great communicator, have courage of conviction, UPDATED LEGAL KNOWLEDGE, handle team
- LLb, 15-20 years experience, 38-45 years of age, lady or gentleman
