General Manager - Legal - Litigation - Manufacturing (14-25 yrs)
Job Description :
- Experience in handing litigation related to Property, Land, Real Estate, Construction etc.
- Monitoring entire litigation related to Trust and Administrator.
- Handle litigation in person wherever required
- Drafting Standard Operating Process, Compliance of Trust laws
- Review and draft responses to Legal notices received in coordination with Solicitors / Attorney to ensure that responses are filed within stipulated time frame as decided by the Court of Law.
- Update Management on the progress
- Effectively represent matters in court through timely conferencing with lawyers and Sr counsels wherever necessary
- Filing of written statements and pleadings before court on time with approval from stake holders
- Strategy on litigation on going and wherever needs to be filed
- Update to management on key issues in court and seeking appropriate advise/directions
- Marathi language proficiency will be added advantage (reading and writing
