Responsibilities: - Drafting, negotiating and closing of legal Agreements - Setting up and implementing the contracting process and repository for the company - Legal Advisory on Insurance Regulation and other legal issues - Managing high stake consumer, civil and criminal litigation - Giving insurance claim related opinions - Handling Audit-related issues and auditors conducted time to time - Advising HR department on various legal issues - Drafting & vetting key policies for the company - Standardizing the contracts for the company - Legal vetting of processes and SoP's to ensure that they comply with various laws - Vetting and drafting of complaints, notices, letters and various other legal documents. Qualifications: - A person with experience of 8 to 12 years preferably with Insurance experience will be suitable - Good written communication is must - LL.B is mandatory
