General Manager - Legal - Automobile

- Provide effectively and Efficiently Legal Advice / Support to the organization in transaction and litigation.

- Ensure strategic planning, organizing and executing the same for the pending litigation matters.

- To discuss and attend conference with senior lawyers.

- Providing advice on legal issues to internal department.

- Drafting & vetting of various types of agreement, MOU and letter.

- Liasioning closely with lawyers for filing of reply, submission, rejoinder etc.

- To update the legal status through Automation / Programs.

- Compilation research and updation.
