General Manager - Legal & Administration - Real Estate (8-12 yrs)
Position: GM Real Estate & Admin
Reporting to: MD & Director
Reportees: Legal and Land liaison team (4 persons)
Responsibilities:
a. Manage all land and property related matters w.r.t Revenue, Urban Development & Legal.
b. Liase with all govt entities - PMRDA, Collector, Dept of Land records, Urban Development, Survey, and Demarcations department, Police department etc.
c. Maintain the legal and physical title and possession of all properties.
d. Vet drafts and brief various external consultants to enable them to make effective representations on behalf of the company at various judicial and related quasi-judicial forums.
e. Liase with the external advisors to the company.
f. Work on establishing effective contacts in the Revenue Departments at Pune, Ahmednagar &Satara districts.
g. Keep daily tracking and provide feedback to MD / Director for all Real Estate through MIS and other reports.
h. Maintain records of all lands and ensure proper and up to date filing and scanning of all important documents and title records.
i. Oversee Office Administration including Personnel, HR, Office Equipment, Lease Rental Collections, Insurances, Communications, etc.
