Position : GM Leasing

Location : Mumbai

Qualification & Education : Post Graduate with 10 + Years experience in Retail Leasing

Job Profile :

- Formulate the leasing strategy and develop the leasing plan for the mall/ centre based on market intelligence/ retailer inquiries and finalized business plan for review and approval

- Prepare and finalize the zoning plan on the desired positioning of the mall and business plan and also finalize the list of brands to be targeted.

- Drive negotiations with approved brands with the retailer in order to arrive at desired rates and structure mutually beneficial deals

- Monitor the completion and signing of the Letter of Intent (LOI) by the retailer / brand post review

- Post signing of deal, ensure that the process of Leave & License agreement is started and completed on time for all retailers

- Ensure timely submission of the store's plans/ designs by the retailer for review by the RET team, and ensure swift resolution of retailer issues during the fit-out process

- Ensure adherence of all clients to the payment schedule and resolve any issues related to non-payment/ delays in payment.
