General Manager - Leasing - Mall (12-15 yrs)
- Achieve optimum occupancy & maximize revenue through an effective leasing strategy; achieve right tenant mix; sales of advertising space on various kiosks
- Formulate leasing strategy based on market intelligence; plan for optimum vacant space for premium leasing, renewals, relocation etc
- Formulate zoning plan & product category mix based on target customer segment, market positioning, targeted product categories & lay-out of the Centre
- Review list of retailers/brands/product categories to be approached & maintain right category & brand mix
- Resolve retailers queries & drive closure of deals in a timely & effective manner
- Make legal agreement with clarity for all terms as mutually agreed
- Ensure that all charges are collected from retailers as per the payment schedule
- Oversee obtaining of license & permissions, fit-outs and launch of retail stores
- Review the leasing tracker and mall occupancy / vacancy report on a regular basis.
- Propose kiosk revenue maximization plan; Identify right retailers for kiosks on the basis of the type, relevance and appeal of their products
- Establish special kiosks during festive occasions to attract more customers; identify suitable new locations for permanent / temporary kiosks
- MBA, 12-15 years experience, 35-40 years of age, Rs. 25-30 Lakhs per annum
