Key Responsibilities :
- Building the culture of learning organisation
- Strategic Planning: Develop short and long-term sales L&D strategic plans in line with business objectives.
- Training Needs: Assess training needs across the business through performance management, leadership interaction, focus group discussions and analysing current and future business needs.
- Training & Developmental Calendar: Collate the common training needs and prepare training calendar and execute the calendar.
- Design & Deliver L&D Programs towards building people capability in line with organizational needs.
- Plan for L&D financial budgeting, ensure budgetary controls and effective utilisation of budgets.
- Leverage cutting edge technologies like AI, ML, AR, VR, IOT, Simulation, Digitalization for real-time learning, on-the- go learning, and reduce the learning curve of employees.
- Developmental Plans: Work towards leadership development, critical and future ready competencies for steering business growth across various all functions in an integrated manner.
- Developing coaching, mentoring and team building competencies to functional and department heads.
- Ensure deployment of Knowledge Management process to capture tacit knowledge and enabling sharing of best practices & knowledge.
- Feedback and action plan: Deploy mechanism to ensure feedback on L&D programs from various stakeholders for continuous assessment & improvement of L&D initiatives.
- Building partnership with academic institutions, manage relationship with the training partners/vendors and all stakeholders.
- Review L&D outcomes on a continual basis, provide support to L&D team to handle realtime issues and challenges, ensure periodical MIS and communication to all stakeholders.
Qualification :
- MBA with specialisation in Human Resources from a reputed institution
- UG/PG - in science domain or core Engineering streams
- Certifications in Training - ISTD, L&D, competency assessments & development
- Excellent communication and articulation in English
- Languages: Must - English, Hindi Preferable - Telugu
Experience
- 18-20 years of experience in L&D with 5-7 years at Sr. Management level handling Head- L&D role for a business vertical at corporate level for muti-locational requirement
Industry: Large scale process industry background preferably Fertilisers, Agro-Chemicals, Bulk Chemicals, Cements, Paints, etc.
