General Manager - Learning & Development - Healthcare/Pharma (10-15 yrs)

Key Accountabilities :

- Drive Annual Competency Assessment for all Key Roles in the Organization.

- Analyzing the existing level of Competencies of employees and identifying the training needs to develop competencies basis Organization's needs.

- Design and deliver effective learning and development programs and interventions for employees that meet the needs of the organization.

- Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs that identify, develop, and retain top talent, and align with the organization's goals and values.

- Partner with Leadership Team, HODs and other stakeholders to determine Talent Management and provide solutions to drive Employee Development.

- Develop, manage, and evaluate training materials, programs, and courses.

- Research industry trends and approaches to generate and/or adjust learning content.

- Own and Execute L&D Budgets and Calendars across geographies.

- Work closely with International Entities and facilitate L&D programs in the respect geography.

- Identify and collaborate with Vendors/Consultants and Internal Subject Matter Experts, to ensure successful delivery of sessions/modules.

- Identify and develop various Training Platforms and Methods to ensure optimal delivery of modules and retention by employees.

- Periodic Training Feedbacks and Effectiveness Assessments and presenting the same to Management indicating overall L&D Effectiveness.

Eligibility criteria

- 10-15 years of experience in L&D roles other functional areas.

- PG or Diploma in Human Resources.

- Hands-on experience of Talent Management and Organization Development practices.

- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships / Stakeholders.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Analytical

- Preferably from Manufacturing Setup
