General Manager - Leadership Hiring - IT (10-18 yrs)
Role : Head - Leadership/Sales hiring
Experience : 10-17 Years
Work Location : Bangalore
Reports to : Head Talent Acquisition
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Act as advisor to C-Suite leadership/ stakeholders regarding strategies for leadership & sales hiring(India/US), talent pool availability, and market mapping
- Develop strategies to recruit leadership, senior, niche and sales roles
- Conduct market mapping for critical positions and build candidate pipeline
- Develop strategy to build internal recruitment capabilities
- Build and manage recruiting team
- Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Build better capability on Linked in and social media based hiring
- Identify vendors for various skills/roles and build the vendor base
- Play a hands-on role in managing the end-to-end process of attracting and on-boarding the right talent
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Analyse and communicate with Internal and External sources on recruitment trends, results and insights (business unit, client and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk
- Report to stakeholders on hiring analytics for leadership/Sales hiring
- Ensure better candidate experience by professional candidate handholding, clarification, influencing through the hiring process
