Title : General Manager - KYC Operations Delivery

Looking for a senior Leader wwho needs to have a blend of Subject Matter Expertise on KYC for Corporate & Institutional Customers, as well a flair for managing Service delivery in BPO/KPO Industry operations

- The role is head and lead a Niche team of 30 resources handling KYC Services to Corporate & Institutional customer segments

- The team is Of KYC SME who will keep abreast of Market/ Regulatory changes, KYC trainers, Unit Head, Checkers & Makers

- KPI will be meeting SLA targets for Service Delivery, as well as supporting acquisition of new customer base

- The Leader should have exceptional Experience and Understanding the Global Market Dynamics,

- In Establish global trends around the KYC Offering for Corporate & Institutional customers

- Should be an expert in keeping abreast of Market & Regulatory changes in the KYC space

- Providing effective Solutions and Identifying Competitors on a Global Plat form

- Do a bench marking and comparative study of the market, and establish Best-In-Class parameters

- Establish Demand

- Define Target Customer base (Top 5-10 names across geographies)

- Role is to Build a pipeline of New offerings improving the Visibility of the company's on the global platform/ Play a key role in new customer acquisition in like leading Banks/ Financial Institutions to outsource their KYC Back-office & Mid-office operations

Mandatory Qualification:

- Post Gradutate degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in KYC space for Corporate & Insititutional segment

- Professionals (CA, MBA from recognized instituitions) with 10 years of relevant work experience
