Job Description : - Complete account management activities of assigned accounts- PAN India level. - Acquiring new business by relationship building with clients. - Regular interaction with clients to understand new projects and convert them to business - Technical and commercial understanding of new projects and product pricing, - Act as a program manager to take care of new business acquiring to final delivery, - Manage the delivery of orders for assigned accounts - Handling queries/ complaints and providing suitable solution on time - To achieve set sales target from each account - Billing and collection from clients to ensure smooth revenue flow. - Works closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Meeting clients on regular interval for performance evaluation and relationship building - Analyse client data and planning for business enhancement
