General Manager - IT SAP - Manufacturing (8-12 yrs)

1. 8-10 years- experience

2. Location Mumbai

3. Permanent

4. Requirement: Immediate

5. Leverage expert knowledge of business processes and challenges related to planning, supply chain and manufacturing

6. Develop manufacturing specific solutions

7. Exposure to SAP PP, QM, PM, MES

8. Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop the right solution

9. Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate and influence users

10. Handle Business Process Change, if required.

11. 2-3 SAP implementation experience.

12. Very good exposure/experience to Manufacturing process

13. MUST be very good in Manufacturing Business Process

14. MUST have solid understanding of business processes and SAP system.

15. Ability to comfortably interact with CXO level, Senior and Middle Management and Good clarity, analytical and problem solving skills. MUST have clarity in thought and must be Assertive in communication and should have good convincing ability.

16. Salary: Budget: 20-40 L. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate. Budget: 20-40 L. Depending on experience, interview and performance. Final interview will be conducted by a CXO executive.

17. This position will have dotted line reporting to CXO.

18. This position is urgent and targeted to be closed in 7-10 (2nd Feb ) days max.

19. You should be able to join in 15-30 days. People having longer notice period can- t be considered
