- Making Short & Long term Strategy for Investor Relations of the Group

- Business Sector Analysis & Company Financial Analysis

- Develop & maintain relationship with Investors

- Experience in Business Valuations & M&A

- Organizing International & Domestics Road Shows

- Organize discussions with the potential Investors

- Must have lead IR function in the past

Education Qualifications :

CA/MBA Finance/CFA

Skills :

Good Interpersonal, Communication & Presentations Skills, Should be dynamic & have private equity mind-set
