General Manager - International Sales - FMCG (13-18 yrs)
- Responsible for developing strategy and identifying new business opportunities Build and down the offline and online marketing strategy
- Responsible for managing key existing country wise distributors
- Develop new markets by appointing distributors with specific set of products
- Develop / Identify new product opportunities
- Manage large distribution partner relationships at the top management level
- The candidate should be aware of competitor activities & MRP tracking
- Regular market visit & follow -up on stock with the Distributors
- The candidate should have at least 13+ years of experience in Overseas Business Development in the FMCG industry
- A solid sales professional with P&L management experience
- Clients contacts in Mena, Europe and North America markets with both corporates & distributors
- Focus will be on NPD for the exports market
- Preference for candidates who have distribution in the foods space
- Experience of managing sales with distributors, agents as well as chains
