General Manager - International Marketing - Auto/Farm/Consumer Electronics (12-16 yrs)
Scope / Job dimensions :
- Heading Marketing function of International Operations
- Preparing marketing strategy and calendar
- Handling end-to-end product launches and brand campaigns
- Ensuring consistent momentum on communication and branding related activities
- Engagement with Marketing Leads of Country/ Subsidiaries companies in International Locations
- Building marketing department into a Center of Excellence (COE) - Curation of Dashboards for lead programs and campaigns
- Establish a strong digital footprint for the Organization
- Mentoring distributor marketing teams
- Ensure proper implementation of Organization's corporate identity through local offices and employees present in field
- Driving customer retention by conceptualizing - Loyalty Program- and creation of relevant ecosystem(s)
Knowledge / Experience / Skills:
Qualifications : Graduate with MBA in Marketing / International Marketing
Knowledge (Specialized, Technical or Professional) : Marketing domain knowledge, Digital marketing, Technical Knowledge on products, International marketing, Brand management
