General Manager - International Business Development - FMCG (10-20 yrs)

1.Background of the client : Its one of the leading Fmcg Company which sales & exports its product in Bulk its a 100% subsidiary of Singapore holdings listed in Singapore stock with exchange with a sales turnover of around USD 300 Million approximately and with operations in 3 continents

2.Position : International Sales & Business development Head this position will report to Director

3.Location : Andhra pradesh

4.Candidate background : The incumbent should have hands of experience in International sales/business development handling institutional and Bulk sales.Geographical knowledge of Europe / Africa and Saarc countries would be preferred. The client prefers someone from Fmcg / Food processing or beverages industry .

5.Job Role : This position will be responsible for maximizing company's sales volume in institutional and retail sales. This position will involve a high degree of international travel and suited to a confident & organized sale professional who has worked in the similar role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Develop a business plan and strategy to attain company's sales goals and profitability

- Prepare plan to identify potential institutional and retail customers

- Develop contacts and personal relationships with customers

- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance

- Obtain competitor's customer lists and their pricing on the quarterly basis

- Maintain accurate records and generate reports to the senior management on pricing, sales volumes, competition, etc.

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and implement the same in the department

- Participate in potential food exhibitions and build the company's positive image in the international markets.

- Experience in handling institutional sales

- Good in developing a personal relationship with clients

- Willing to make frequent international travels and should have international travel experience

- A good team player
