Principal Accountabilities :
1. Formulating overall strategy for acquisition of sites from institutions in line with customer requirements
2. Creating and driving processes / SOPs for acquisition
3. Tie-ups with National / Regional institutions to deploy sites
4. Customer engagement/ workshop
5. Engagement with large institutions & Ministries
6. Setting up & roll out of monthly targets, monthly progress reviews
7. Accompanying teams on various types on meeting with institution officials and authorities
8. Driving synergy between corporate functions like Finance / Technology / SMC / Legal to deliver required solutions and customer requirements
9. Tender management
10. Creation of new process and refresh of existing processes
11. Driving Process compliance and adherence
12. Developing positioning / Pitching strategy for various key accounts
13. Creating enablers like Sales kits / testimonials / training videos
15. Functional Recruitment & Training
16. Monitoring progress, tracking holds etc.
