Our client is a very large and established organization in the domain of Education services and EdTech. They are creating several new Digital driven EdTech offerings for the professional & Student community. They are looking for a GM Career Services professional to join them ASAP in Mumbai or Delhi.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Conceptualize the career services offering for the products keeping in mind the program objectives and business goals.

- Manage a team of career coach and industry outreach resources to deliver defined career services offerings to all the students.

- Assess and deploy technology solutions to create enhanced career services experience for the learners.

- Build partnerships with companies for hiring and hire-train-deploy models.

- Generate employment opportunities for various technology programs by establishing and maintaining productive employer partnerships.

- Collaborate and promote Career Planning services through in-class presentations, student organization outreach, and New Student Orientation

- Help students identify employment options that match their career interests.

To qualify for this position you should:

- Have 9+ years of experience

- Have strong experience in building Industry Outreach, Corporate Relations & Partnerships

- Have experience in working for an EdTech or a large progressive Educational organization (Not colleges)

- Have experience of building collaborative relationships with organizations

- Have a good understanding of various career paths and career options for professionals and students

- Have the ability to guide professionals towards larger / innovative career directions

- Have excellent communication skills
