General Manager - IME Operations - Telecom

We are looking for a General Manager IME Operations for our client with pan India presence based Gurgaon.

Job Details :

Location : Gurgaon.

Grade : GM

Function Name : Operations

Nature of Role : Team Management

Division/ Dept: : O&M

Work Timings : 9AM-6PM , 5 days a week

Experience : 12+ Years experience and proven track records in O&M / Deployment in Service Industry. Experience in Telecom or Tower Industry will be preferred.

Education : B.E./B.Tech

Knowledge Required : Knowledge of Passive Infrastructure Products

Principal Purpose of the Job :

- Managing Customer aspirations and delivering the requisite Operational performance through Partners and Field team.

- Implement, review and improve the guidelines and processes required to achieve overall operational business objectives i.e. Uptime, Network Stability, SLA Cost, Safety, Energy.
