1. MBA OR Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management / HR from Premium Institutes with minimum 17 years of work experience with 3 years in a similar role - leading a sub-vertical within the HR function or leading the HR function for at least two medium/small sized Organization with preferably Real Estate/ Construction or Infrastructure Sector
2. HR Leadership experience managing a direct team of 3-5 members
3. Exposure to defining HR annual charter for a site basis the BU Roadmap in alignment with the overall function's strategy and plan
4. Experience of implementing strategic HR initiatives at Project site in line with the overall objectives
5. Robust experience of handling ER issues maintaining cordial relationships with JV Partners, Vendors & Outsourcing Agency, ensuring legal compliance and productivity optimization
6. Good understanding of local conditions
7. Experience of executing end-to-end HR processes at the ground level including manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, talent management, employee engagement
8. Familiarity with relevant statutory requirements and labour legislations to ensure that the organization is fully compliant
9. Experience of maintaining healthy relationships with all internal and external stakeholders including the societal stakeholders
