Position - GM Plant HR / ER

Reporting - Corporate VP HR & Location Head

Location - Somewhere in Orissa (Company has it's own township facility there)

Responsibility -

Employee Relations Management

- Sound knowledge of Factory Act; other related IR Acts and statutory compliances, dealing with unions, long term wage settlement.

- Ensure all statutory and legal compliance for the factory

- Compliance with all norms and work practices for workmen as per established Standard Operating Procedures as well as the law

- Pro-actively handle & manage the industrial relations scenario ensuring a peaceful and harmonious working environment with the objective of maintaining a no union situation

- Maintain employee discipline in compliance with the legal procedures

- Ensure implementation of all HR systems and policies in the factory

- Maintain cordial relations with the government authorities, labor commissioner, courts, police, local officials and other statutory bodies
