- To develop Organisational Development strategies and policies that realise the full potential of employees and meet our Client's business and strategic objectives.
- To develop and implement organisational and cultural change programmes in a way that encourages innovation.
- To continuously look for new solutions and innovative ways to improve working methods and practices to ensure services remain customer focused and our Client is seen as an innovative market leader.
- Provide professional advice to the Executive and Senior Management teams on any human resources issues relating to new initiatives or partnering arrangements that Client may be undertaking.
- Aid the overall development of our Client by contributing to strategic thinking and planning to the Executive and Senior Management Team.
- Design and implement leadership, management development and talent management strategies to ensure effective succession planning.
- Prepare, monitor and control budgets for Human Resources and Organisational Development budgets.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Significant strategic HR & OD experiences including broad experience of employee relations and of managing organizational change within a customer facing the multi-disciplined organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to be creative and innovative.
