About the Job

- Inshorts is looking for General Manager - Human Resources, our ideal candidate will be skilled in managing talent acquisition, benefits, recognition, training, performance management and employee relations in a manner that retains staff members long-term and builds our employer brand.

- You will collaborate with team members on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You will be handling all the verticals of human resources & should also be able to apply HR frameworks and people practices at work.

Responsibilities :

- Maintain a positive & healthy environment.

- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.

- Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates.

- Onboarding & conducting induction of new employees in order to become fully integrated.

- Assist in employee engagement strategies.

- Implement best HR strategies at workplace.

- Assist in performance management processes.

- Manage the attendance and leave management.

- Align with other teams & ensure smooth functioning.

Qualifications :

- MBA in HR or Master's in HRM from Tier-1 Institute.

- 6-8 years of experience in Managerial Profile.

Requirements :

- Hands-on Team Handling experience.

- Excellent organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong decision-making skills
