We are hiring for a Senior Level HR role with a reputed manufacturing setup in Pune. Our client is looking at an HRBP with 15 to 20 yrs of experience in the HR Business Partnering role. Will be Leading the HR Function of one of the Business Line of our client. Important requisites for the role: Stability in Career, HR Business Partnering Experience, Full Time MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes preferred by the client. Job Purpose: Enable the businesses to achieve their short term and long-term goals by aligning HR strategy with business strategy and provide quality and timely services as per guidelines of Corporate HR. Ensure effective implementation of the HR policies and OD interventions in the Business Sector to create a vibrant and performance-driven culture. Key Accountabilities; Outcomes Talent Acquisition - Establish and lead the recruitment policy and practices necessary to recruit & retain talent. Ensure timely recruitment - Manpower planning and budgeting. - Implement recruitment policy, processes and monitor its adherence. - Develop a resume data bank and ensure its periodic updation. - Participate in the interview process &amp; issue offer to the selected candidates for the positions General Manager &amp; below. - Ensure orientation program is done for all the new joinees. - Ensure timely confirmation appraisals - Ensure exit interview conducted for all separating employees and submit analysis to management. Performance Management System (PMS) - Implement and administer the developed PMS for Business sector in a timely, correct and effective manner to align employees with the strategic goals of the company - Administer the PMS process as per schedule &amp; guidelines of the Corporate HR - Ensure correct processing of PMS data and present it with recommendations of promotions, salary corrections, etc. to Corporate HR - Analyse &amp; present the training need requirements from PMS - Implement Talent Talk Process as per guidelines issued by Corporate HR &amp; draw a road map for career path and succession planning Employee Services - Ensuring High Employee Engagement levels - Ensure effective implementation of Corporate HR policies. - Devise and implement Employee Retention strategies to reduce employee turnover &amp; enhance engagement. - Resolve employee grievances and address their issues. - Organize all employee connect events. - Implement Employee Engagement Survey as per guidelines issued by Corporate HR. Talent Management - Implement talent review process rolled out from Corporate HR and guide and coach managers in their understanding and implementation in the sector Change Management - Drive the initiatives in the Business Sector to bring in a mind-set and culture change in coordination with Corporate HR to support the new business strategies Budgetary Control - Develop and monitor Annual HR budget - Statutory Compliances; Liaising - Ensuring various statutory compliance as may be applicable in the Sector.
