At Present, We Are Having An Urgent Opening For GM-HR/IR for A Reputed Print Media Conglomerate Based At Mumbai Location.

Position Title : GM, HR-IR

Location : Mumbai

Reports to : Head Personnel

- Looking for individual strong in Human Resources. Must have minimum 20 years' experience in managing Employee Relations and statutory and regulatory compliances in a reputed company

- Looking for a person with a mix bag experience in plant HR and corporate HR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The incumbent will be responsible for Supporting the departmental Head in assisting Employee Relations activities of the organization to ensure Statutory and Regulatory compliance.

- Responsible for Compensation and Benefits policies, create training programs in all domain to assist in retention

- Implement strategic initiatives aligned with overall Human Resources objectives and policy matters considering changes in regulatory provisions, Best Practices in Industry

- Constantly monitor changes in statutory environment and advice internal stakeholders.

- Monitor and Ensure adherence to statutory compliances in respect of all plants of the company

- Monitor and ensure deployment of Outsourced Manpower.

- Advise different HRs of company on statutory and compliance matters
