GM HR - FMCG
Exploring a GM - HR for a well known client in the FMCG segment . The role will be to direct and execute HR plans in ways that support overall business growth strategy.
1. Incumbent will be responsible to support and partners with the Business in strengthening the foundation of People Practices.
2. Focus on directing, developing and facilitating human resource strategy, policy and plans aligned with the business strategy to deliver the targeted business growth and meet key stakeholder expectations.
3. Help the Organization make critical shifts in Culture & People Practices to lead the organization into the next growth phase and also to create benchmark in the industry.
4. The role is supposed to bring strong HR understanding and knowledge of best practices along with strategic-thinking capabilities.
5. Employer Brand/Image Development MBA in HR with 15-20 plus years of overall experience in Culture Transitioning / Change Management

4. Ability to use metrics and analytics
5. Experience in strategic planning and implementation
6. Proven experience as a seasoned HR professional with Indian companies
