Candidate Background - You must come with regular / full time MBA and minimum work experience in HR function of 10 years.

You must have done versatile roles in HR function, such as - Talent Management, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, PMS and HRBP to Sales or Corporate functions.

You must have at least 2 to 3years work experience in Comp & Ben portfolio - This is a non negotiable work experience. Without this, CV wouldn't shortlist.

- Coach, counsel, and enable managers at various stages of the Process and monitor progress.

- Engaging with the leadership team and managing stakeholder expectations; Proactive HR sensing and addressing employees based on Organization Principles.

- Support domain teams in alignment of organization design & Structure as per business strategy.
