- Design & execute the Organization Development function, institutionalize processes & spearhead various initiatives

- Design job roles & implement programs that aim to attract, measure, develop & manage the talent pool including psychometric tests

- Design competency framework & its applications to enhance organizational effectiveness

- Plan & implement various Capability Development initiatives across functions
