- This role is to oversee the entire gamut of Human Resources department covering Recruitment, Retention, Employee Relation, Training & Development, Performance Appraisals etc.
- The role call for a dynamic approach to HR in bringing in innovative concepts to motivate and upgrade morale of the stake holders of each domain for peak performance.
- HR would be bring in a change management from the conventional methods still in existence.
- Persons who have worked with Promotors family and handled multiple reporting yet gained confidence and performed would fit into this role. Should be very strong person with firm initiatives and leadership qualities.
- Those who have proven expertise in across HR domain worth commendable track record would be considered.
- Position report to the Board.
