Role: GM HR
Reporting to: HR Head
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CHRO to run the overall HR agenda
- Set up and streamlining policies, systems and procedures
- Design and implement strong frameworks across talent management, performance management, capability building, employee engagement
- Design and implement interventions aimed at developing talent to support the organization's goals.
- Build the organization's culture in keeping with the organisation's vision
- Partner closely with business leaders to provide strategic guidance and advice on all people matters
- Measure the efficacy of interventions implemented
Skills & Experience:
- MBA
- 10 - 12 years- experience in HR
- Sector agnostic
- Strong ability to create and implement from scratch
- Maturity to deal with a set of senior, high performing stakeholders
- Comfortable working in an unstructured environment
