Job Description : - Organisation design and manpower planning - Talent acquisition and retention strategy - Ensure timely Statutory Compliances (Registrations, Licenses, Renewals, Returns &amp;&nbsp;maintenance of Registers) at all plants - Liaison with key stakeholders both internal and external: Statutory Officers, Labour Relations,&nbsp;Union Management, Contractor Management &amp; others - Engagement initiatives at Sites or Factories across locations - Introducing site-based skill development programs to improve productivity - Grievance Handling: Labour Relations, Union Management, Contractor Management &amp; others - Alignment of Corporate HR strategies to plants &amp; Guide (Plant) unit teams in HR &amp; IR matters - Implementation and audit of HR systems &amp; processes - Formulate succession plan for critical positions - Adherence to SOPs - Implementation of PMS - Formulate and execute Learning &amp; Development strategy - Manage Annual HR budget and plan
